Memmingen expands connections further northwards

Starting at the beginning of the year, the Memmingen branch’s transport network to Norway, Sweden, Denmark and the Baltic States has become even tighter.

Gebrüder Weiss Memmingen guarantees departures several times a week to the Baltic States and Scandinavia. The long-term partnership with on-site transport and logistics provider Itella guarantees high quality and high safety standards. Branch Manager Anton Hagg explains the expanded services for general cargo’s European connections, ”Our partnership was established in 2006; based on the successful transport network to Denmark and the Baltic States, we now offer this service to Norway and Sweden as of the beginning of this year.” 
Itella group looks back on a history of more than 370 years. For the last financial year, the logistics enterprise showed a turnover of 2 million euros. Itella is operating in 14 countries. Its homeland is Northern Europe and Russia.
